Nope. Considering just to get this bored is 250 alone plus the cost of a carb will cost you more than 500 for this exact setup. Used FCR's sell for 300 alone and that is not even bored ones

Yes it will bolt right up to the 04-05. Its what I used it on. Its still installed on the bike
