+2+1 or +2 for a 250r, mx

whats beter for mx for a 250r. aarm sizes +2+1 or +2 ?

im not totally sure, but i hear +2+1 on the 250r and just +2 on the 400ex. so i would go for +2+1.

Dido of what crashinmatt said, I have called every manufacturer out there to see what i should get for my 400ex. It seemed everyone gave me a different answer. But i spoke directly with Mark Laeger and he said compared to the 250R the 400 was already nose light which everyone knows it is so he said to not go forward on the 400 but that they do go forward on say your 250R and banshee because of their wheel spin. Wont Lonestar help you out with this?

Tants, the best set-up would be a set of +3+1 a-arms with 4:1 wheels.
The +X+1 set-up is much, much better, especially for mx
