Thanks, I got a little discouraged earlier about The Quadshop. But WOW they replied to my PM with a quote 1 1/2 hours before the dropping of the ball at Times Square. Thanks Quadshop!

I think you guys are getting the wrong impression here. I NEVER expected a reply to my PM at 10:30pm on New Years Eve. I was becoming discouraged because I had called them just before the holidays and left a message on their answering machine during normal business hours, and I never got a call back.

I buy my products from the place that I find has good customer service and the best or very competitive pricing not because they are a site sponsor, and not because they do right by somebody else.

My point was that pm'ing me on New Years Eve just showed me how dedicated the guys over there are.

Thanks,
Jason

well, i always try to refer business to the site sponsor. noone should ever feel obligated. they have treated me right and others, but its good business to shop around.

Is it just me, or is Nacs just a little higher on everything they have? I know when I was shopping around for a-arms, they were around the same price as K&K, but a few bones more.

it's not just you, but I have ordered from them about 10 times and EVERYTIME i buy from them I get the EXACT parts I ordered and always within a few days, Their service is by far the BEST.

Yeah, I guess everyone's willing to pay a little more to be treated right. K&K is fairly good about customer service, although it's pretty hard for Shawn to get a grip on everything that goes on in a day.
