450r carb idleing question

just installed the 450 carb on my 400ex. seems when i let off the throttle it starts at a high idle and very slowly goes down to where it should idle. anyone have any idea why this is happening

Maybe a vacuum leak

cable could be binding or needs to be lubed.

Its your Air/Fuel screw adjustment.
