TRX250R After Market Skid Plates?

Are these the same ALL Years or is there a difference year to year? are 86/87 interchangable?

86/87 should be the same, and 88/89 will be the same. 86/88 will not.

86 swingarms are have different bolt patterns than the other years,87-9 will interchange

well this opens a new can of worms, I have a aftermarket swing arm that I want to have modified for a skid plate, its a 86 TRX, the person doing mounts just needs the swinger and the Skid, being its an aftermarket swinger can I get away with a 87/89 skid??

That's what I would use the newer style are much more available as the 86 was 1 year only
