if i get the 280 kit and needs a new pistion and rings after a couple of years i have to do everything over again right?

if i go with the smaller kit i still have some room left so i dont have to do everything if it gets tired or something.

well im guessing your talking about thumper 280 vs. powroll 243
the powroll links are for 300ex/250x
but i know what your talking about

i would say get the 280 and every year or so based on there reccomendations get the parts only kit and replace everything if need be

and what do you mean about having room and the motor getting tired?

Does the motor need a rebuild? If not, spend the money on headwork and a carb.....
