What tpi & pitch are the threads? I can probably find some at our local hardware store.

They are also a particular thickness...But from a shop to make sure it has the proper clearance....

The Polaris should have them

It should work. I'll put a mic on the stock nut and see what the thickness is tonight and post it.

The stock Polaris nut is 6.15mm thick. The hole in the nut is 9.55mm, but there are no threads left (aka smooth inside now).

There is an o-ring that goes on after the nut is installed.

I'll send it out tomorrow it'll work. Thats going to put the o-ring 2mm closer to the cover it should be ok.

Yup, plus I doubt these quads are built within 2mm tolerances :p
