Has anyone seen a bird like this?

What kind of bird is it?

I never ever in a zillion gazillion years would have thought of myself as a bird watcher. But I have to ID some species when i submit images to publishers etc.

I need a little help on this one, I cant seem to find it in your bird identifier.

I'm pretty sure it's a Super Stork, or maybe a Turbo Tern, but then again it might be a Rocket Robin....
It's just sooo hard to tell.
