Throttle body

Just went riding the other day after my rebuild, and my throttle body poped out of the intake boot making the engine rev to the moon. I did put a high compression piston in do you guys think it could pop the throttle body out if it back fired? It might have been loose also, but I was just checking to see if anyone else had a problem like this.

More than likely the clamp on the boot was not tightened enough.
