Rear tires wont turn on a 98 Honda 450

Anyone know what might be wrong with my Honda 4x4 rear drive train? My rear tires will not spin when I hit the throttle, I am thinking broken gear or something of that nature. Not much of a small engine guy. Dont mind wrenching, just never had a wheelie drivetrain apart.

Yes it will roll in neutral, seems almost like it is in gear slightly because it kind of has some resistance. It is electric shift and it will drive the front wheel, but no power is going to the back tires.
