hey guys i just fin aged everything on the 250 and just got this thing that is questioning me. is it suppose to be harder to turn over once you put the casing on? i put it on and its way harder to turn over but when the casing is off its easy i would really like a quick reply because i want to get this thing running tonight thanks.

really you couldn't read that? i was actulley using my spell check for once. well anyways i got a cr250 that i just put together and when i put the casing on(right side) the exhaust valve Governor makes the engine hard to turn over. i was wondering if its suppost to or not. also i messed up on putting the kick start gear back together it kicks but wont come up and its not the spring thats put in wrong its that slip gear in the back.
