i think my valves and piston are **** in my 300ex. with my blug in i can turn it over easily with a wrench at the crank. it hiss's on intake valves and exhaust so my seats leak and my oil is pitch black (lots of blow by) and on a bad day i can burn as much as a 1/4 dip stick of oil. not good. any idea's on a cheap rebuild. 330 kits seam cheaper then rebuilding the top end but what about those poor lil valves??? thoughs?
