I just installed a set of Pro Taper Contour bars and a TrailTech clamp and am having a little trouble making everything fit... especially on the throttle side. What should I do? I'm tempted to cut the inside lip of thje grips off to make a little more room, unless someone has a better suggestion...

C'mon guys, I could use some help here... Has anyone trimmed the throttle housing? Theres a little piece there that sticks out and is getting in the way of the front brake handle. It's either trim the grips, or this piece, as far as I can tell...

Everything fits, but it seems like the front brake is all the way over where the first bend is. This is causing that lever to sit at a slight angle. You probably wouldn't notice it if you weren't looking for it, though. I guess I'll just run it for a bit and see if it bothers me.

if you're talking about the little tab on the throttle housing, cut it off.

I have a different bar setup but had a similar fitting issue. I did the above and cut the tab off the throttle part. Easy, quick and it fixed the problem.

Yeah, that little tab is the part I'm talking about. I'll probably cut it off tomorrow. Thanks guys.
