Yea, a few on here have done it. Im thinking that Jonboy did it.

Yep it can be done if your willing to do some work. its really not that hard. Here's some pictures from when I did mine. I was going to make a write up on how to do it, but I haven't had time yet.

There is already a write up on it. I did one a few years ago and alot of folks here and over at z400central liked the results. Go to search and look up "project Z" it is in there as well as the how to section under z400 ball joint mod.

Can you tell me what size grease zerks you used in your arms? I'd like to do this to mine. I don't know why Suzuki didn't do this from the factory.:o
