jetted now flames

hmf full pipe
nvcq needle 3rd clip from top
48 pilot
172 main
2 turns out on the mixture screw

seems to be running good,only rode around the yard though.
popping & backfiring seem to be gone but i still get some small flames coming out. is this some what normal? any suggestions?
