acceleration help ??

Im looking for more acceleration...what do you recommend i only have a e-series with 12 disks...is there anything i can do to the pipe to add more acceleration like take out diks i dont care about top end...thanks

first off try taking out 4 or 5 disks on your pipe it will give you more torque and get you going quiker not faster torque = acceleration and horsepower comes into play at the top of the powere band, If you do this and still are not satisfied then go 1 tooth smaller on you countershaft sprocket.

get a cam that is good increase in bottom end or you can get a kn air filter, this seemed to help me out a bit

Start by grinding out the welds in the stock header, then bump it up to 18 discs, lose the airbox lid, move the needle up one notch, and put in a 165 main (assuming you're somewhere near sea level). You'll see a big improvement from where you are now.
