Houser stem and bar pad question

Well since Houser doesnt seem to know.. :rolleyes:
Maybe someone here can tell me this...

We have the Tag fat bars but not a bar pad,also running a houser stem and there clamp.
Is there any fitting issues on bar pads that will pose a problem with the clamp?

I'm not positive if it will work. I had a lonestar clamp on my Honda and ended up putting a tag clamp on so I could run the bar pad. I actually just bought a Houser stem and clamp this morning on ebay for 99.00:p So I'm curious to know also because I have tag bars/pad that will be going on too!
