The finishing touches are pretty much done so I thought I would share some of the mods and some things that were done.
Here is a list of what was done and pics below.

Hmm... I just looked through the pics I have and nothing shows thepipe, I will make sure I get a pic of the pipe when I post the finished quad.

What exactly are the differences the race ecu has over the stock ecu??

I know the limp mode is removed but I am not sure of the other differences, if there are any.

I'm very interested in that rotor and sprocket guard. Where did you get them?

The rotor guard is a BRP Race part and the Sprocket guard is from Warnert Racing.

I remember seeing it on the gncc bikes and ended up calling Warnert directly to see who the hell made the piece. Found out and ordered it up, but I still wish we had more aftermarket support for this thing.

Like he has said, the limp mode is removed. Im sure if you called Warrnet racing they would be able to help you out more

Quad looks good. I would get some louvers on that radiator before you hit a gncc though. It'll get packed full of mud with the quickness.

Take a look at the 1st pic on the finished product... the louvers are on there.

outtagas has a set for sale on ebay. he might have 1200 on them, they are long travel.

ya i saw them on there but i have the +2 standard travel so i could use the stock shocks untill i upgrade.. i might have them revalved for the longer a arms and just het that hygear twisted spring kit, has anybody tryed this?

They retail for $1495, I am sure you can find them below retail but even used they are going to be over $1000.
You can try Cernics, I heard they have some good prices but I am not sure.

Nice looking bike! So I don't have to cut the plastic to get the louvers in looks like? about ready for the final touches.

Terry, you do have to cut the plastics, you have to notch the side panels and cut a straight line back... the directions were perfect so just follow them.

I got the race team louvers and didn't get any directions. Guess I better call and see if I can get em. :confused:
