ok enough with the fricing moose alright jezzzem christ i think iv looked in the last 4 threads and seen it in every single one. Ok but on to the trailor one i think that you would want something like a 20 foot trailor that way you could caryy at least 2 quads and all of your tools/ gear

my 6 x 12 holds 2R's,gear.tools ,gas etc ....
you must stagger the quads to fit..

PS it will be for sale shortly ...soon as i p/u the next victim..

my trailer is not enclosed, however it can fit 3 quads - its 8'x12' and allows 3 stacked sideways. basically, the footprint of most of the quads is around 4x6 - as long as they are a sport type. the r's and ex's are easy enough to drive up and swing around. this is probably tough with a prairie or grizzly...

i have ramps so i can also drive up the side... 8x12 allows the quads to be stacked tight, front to back. there is not really room for tools. if the trailer is enclosed then you can probably hang tools from the walls...

If your wanting a nice enclosed trailer and want plenty of room then first of all make sure you get a Pace American. My neighbor owns an RV business so I know quite a bit about the trailers. For 2 or 3 quads a 16 footer would be just fine. One guy we rode with had a 7 by 14 and could fit 4 in there all sideways. He now has a 8 by 20 and we have a 8 by 24. I think a 16 or 18 foot trailer would work for you. I would get it 8 foot wide too. Also you better at least have a 1/2 ton truck for that size of trailer....

WarriorMan- how much does a trailer like that run.

i want enough room for 2 maybe 3 quads, and it would be nice to put a work bench in it....would an 18ft. be cool for that. or a 16 would be just fine?

thanx

Well like I said the guy we ride with had a 7 by 14 and he had some cabients at the front of it and could fit 4 quads in sideways. You could put 2 in front to back. Honestly I think the 16 foot would be enough. If you can get 8 by 16 2 quads will fit side by side unless both are really wide. I suggest you check out Pace American (http://www.paceamerican.com)

i have a 16ft v nose for the snowmobiles and it will hodl 3 sport quads and 1 utility all at once, i havnt tried gear but i suppose ti will cuz the v nose. total length with the hitch is like 22 feet. the deck is 5/8 inch ply wood florring with 2 tracks to put tie now nuts in to dies crap down. It has a drive in dorr in the right side of the v nose and and a rear drive in door.

sorry about the moose guys..lol

Id say get an 18 ft. It would be a little more comfortable than a 16. If you turn the quads sideways you can fit a tool box, workbench or whatever you want up front.
I just think a 16 ft would be a little more crampt(sp)

Just order you up a 36 foot gooseneck. lmao. My dad wanted one but my mom shot that idea down because we would of had to get a bigger truck.....
