Just bought a nice pair of used durablue front wheel spacers for my 400ex. The package came with 2 spacers and new studs.

If I am correct... the new longer studs replace the short stock studs- correct- duh

alright- well i have the front hub off and I cant get the factory studs out- they look to be just press fit in- correct? I tryed a hammer and wood and they dont move-

anyone have any tips or know how to get them out-??

thanks much
Marc

use a bigger hammer like a 1 lb sledge.

Are those my old wheel spacers? All it takes is one GOOD swing with a hammer and they will pop right out. Try not to damage the old studs though. It takes quite a bit of force to get them to budge. I think you have to pull off the brakes and rotors too.

Hope this helps.
