Installing seat cover.... Why is this happening?

I have only started the seat cover on the front, few staples..... and then stretched it to the back, a few staples.... Then I pulled the sides over and it is really "loose" right where I would sit. I'm sure I can get a little of that out once it is all stapled down but it just looks like it will not All come out?

Any tips or suggestions from someone thats done it?

I read that and thats what I'm doing but just looks funny!?!? Maybe when I'm done it will look ok. It's an Adaptracing.com kit
