06 and 08 cylinders

Cylinders are the same. Pistons are the same as well besides the oil holes being relocated. When my 07's top end grenaded I picked up an 08 top end from my dealership and slapped it on. No problems and I've got just about a season of races on it.

Hahaha well maybe one day itll get finished! Im tryin to get a rage powered ltr right now, trying to find someone to ship the quad! lol

The cylinders are the same, but use a different mix of nikasil from 06-08. I would have to say suzuki's cylinders are too soft and wear very easy. Your best bet would have a stock cylinder sent to millennium technology for replating.

I have an extra cylinder sitting here that I am going to have sent out...

now does anyone know a place that has a top end gasket kit in stock and can have it to my house by the weekend? Cernics is out of stock :ermm:

Haha im actually looking at austin wilsons or aaron meyers media allstars bikes. The only differences are who built the motor and the shocks. Austin's bike has a rage motor and fox shocks where as aarons bike has custom axis airshocks and custom axis rear shock with a ATP motor.

Look into ATP Race Engines. They have quite a few ltr motor parts. Call 1-850-584-2855 and Mike or Melissa should be able to help you out!!

turns out my local dealer had the gaskets in...for once they actually had something I needed. woohoo! now if only I can find a free ride to virginia this weekend...
