View Full Version : Rims backwards... Pros & Cons???

Has anyone done this? How did it work out? Calipers are more exposed but the wheeler sits about 54" this way. Help a brother out!
Pros & cons??

pro's - wider
cons - horrible bump steer, horrible handling, wears out your front end, looks bad. please don't do it

You will bend you're tie-rods alot easier. Do you have aftermarket a-arm? Because with stock arms and flipped wheels you would be no where near 54 inches, more like 48-49.

Yeah, rockin +2+1 Housers. I agree, it looks rather undesireable. The only reason I asked was if the pros outweighed the cons I would sport it. But she rides plenty wide as is.

u cant turn around in a ten acre field with the experience i had with flipped wheels n i think it looks goofy too
