I just got my quad rebuilt after blowing the sleeve and piston. I tore everything apart and painted the frame swinger and a arms. All i need now is Nerfs, grab bar and a new front bumper damn trees!!.. .lol what do u all think?

get 450r ac blacklines for ur nerfs,,,,they will look cool...they fit whit just some drilling

Did you have it powder coated or did you go for the spray paint

I sanded everything down and just primed it then sanded that then used auto paint and a paint gun then finished with some PPG clear coat. Seems to work fine. The motor is just header paint i had laying around from my truck.

How do you like those front plastics? I have the same ones and I sliced it down the middle from the gas cap to the seat and from the gas cap up so I didn't have to remove the handlebars to take them off its a pain in the nuts!!

The plastics are nice. But yes they are a pain in the ***** to take off. I havent cut them yet but i might. I take off the plastic all the time to adjust the valves and stuff like that and it takes a while. I need to get a new motor mine is starting to really die. It needs a new crank and cases and a bunch of stuff but i think ill just get a new MX motor off the internet or throw a 250R motor in it just for fun.
