its a bar that goes the top frame rails, that bolts in. In has a hole in it that it bolts to the cylinder head. Everybody with a stock frame should use it, even if you don't put the bolt connecting the head to stay. Most of the aftermarket frames have mounts for it also, I don't know why people don't use them.

Ahh... okay. My Laeger narrow Pro-Trax did not include one with the quad.

How could that have a steering stabilizer mount? It is under the tank and back pretty far...?

On a Laegers Pro-trax stem most of them all had steering stabilizer mounts on them, and the other end mounted to the laegers headstay , I will take pics tonight , you don't see these too often
