what are your mods and did you do some work to it or tear it down recently and not started it?
good battery?
IS THE GAS ON, I know it sounds dumb but we have all done it
Is the kill switch in the run position
does it have gas in it?
there are alot of things that it could be but without full details we cant help you
if you have fuel, air, spark, and compression you have fire so track those things down and you will get it running

Bad gas? How old is the gas, has it been sitting long. Smell it and see if it has a varnish smell.

how long has it been since it was running last? you're SURE the killswitch is on?, should at least be firing, unless ur timing is right out...

if there is no fire and your kill switch is on then you have some electrical stuff wrong, coils are like 20 bucks, its worth it to try and if its not bad who cares it only costs 20 bucks and its new lol
other than that you might see if a friend will let you use a cdi from another 400ex and try that
really sounds like a kill switch thing, anyone know how to bypass the kill switch

The last time I rode was back in the middle of march. I checked the plug, carb fuses. My friend and I will try to look at more things tomorrow. How long do you guys change your coils and CDI.
