Parts swapping and retrofitting

Just for fun and so I can learn some stuff, I wanted to see what parts taken off any brand quad where retrofitted to the z400 and how it worked out...If you have pics show those too...

frc carb off of yfz450 I think you have to change the boot from the carb to the motor though

400ex hubs will not work. The LTR450 rear hubs will and add almost an inch of width. You can get the 400ex airboot to fit the carb but need to modify the airbox to work. 450r front shocks are a very good upgrade. So is the 450r front and rear brakes and front brake reservoir and its adjustable lever. The yfz450 fcr39 carb is a great addition to even a stock bike but, be ready for some serious jetting. Yeah the little miss E mod w/ yfz scoops is very sharp I did it and love the look.

wheels from a trx450r will fit a z. so will the rear wheel from a outlaw ,but there 10'' wheels

a 400 ex steering stablizer will fit a z
