this is my friends home made bumber made out of steel he welded and made at his dads shop for his 250ex i think it looks bad @SS and now he wont crack fenders like he did :huh

WOW all i can say is that is one F()K!N huge bumper maybe if it was a smaller size like the rest of the bumpers out there it would look pretty trick but thats way to big but like ya said "now he wont crack and fenders"

Well. he can be sure to never have the front wheels come off the ground. I think it looks pretty decent and serves a good purpose. But My good. All I can say is:

hey guys it may not be the best looking bumper blieve me i have seen worse but give the guy a break. it was his frist try. he used his imagination and made some thing he thought was bit#hn and in its own way it is! its some thing to be proud of !

I have to say good job. yes its big and its probably heavy aswell
but the guy got off of the couch and didnt go crying to mommy and daddy to buy him a new one and he used the resources he had and made himself what looks to be one sturdy bumper. :cool:

now that I think about it.....thats actualy pretty cool....he made it his self and it really dont look that bad. jsut throw some mesh in the big hole and it would look better tho....IMO

Man guys, i think he did a great job, he could have just copied someone else design losely, or like most of us, picked up the phone and bought one, but no, he used his head and his hands and made his own. Props to him.

I give him credit. The quality doesn't look half bad. The only thing to consider would be to somehow round off the ends of those tubes. I would hate to get into some freak accident with him, and get speared by one of those. Human shish-ka-bob!!!!

i think it's cool, not somethin i'd run on my quad but its somethin i've never seen before which really makes it stand out and different, its hard to do that with everyone having a quad, i to give him props, looks like its well made
i think you just need a mesh in the hole and it'll be good

The only thing I would have changed is to of made it out of alluminum. Save's weight and the alluminum can look like chrome if you wetsand it and polish it :)

thats one helluva bumper, i woulda built something like that before i raced, back in my 300ex days when me and my buddies trail rode, we needed something like that, i think it looks decent, and all of us racers, think about that bumper, make it v-shaped, any one in our way, just give them a lil nudge. lol nice job on man
