This one was a little blurry probably should have used a faster shutter speed.

Exposure looks good, composition could be a bit better (different angles etc, a few shots closer would help, but overall pretty dang good!!

Thanks pappy. I realized that good light helps a lot in quality of pictures. What type of lens do u recommend for this? I have a 18-55 kit lens which I used for these photos and I have a 70-300 g lens. I want to buy a new lens but not sure on what to get id like to spend about 4 to 5 hundred.

I use the following

14-24mm f/2.8
24-70mm f/2.8
70-200mm f/2.8
300mm f/2.8

Thats whats in my camera bag:p I havent used the kit lenses so i cant comment on them, however you can expect better results with Prime lenses.

For now, worry with exposure and the basics and save your cash. You will know when your abilities exceed the kit lenses, then you can drop the coin. I hate seeing folks buy only what they can afford and it not be godo enough. Dont settle for second best even if it takes longer to buy!!!!

I wish I had followed this advice:p

Ive seen people who have good photo skills take pictures with kit lenses that blow away a "Pro" using better gear, so its not always about the lens. But when you need focusing speed and optical quality that we demand, there really isnt a cheap way out.
