no it is not hard, like cutting butter with a hot knife. do a search there is alot of info on it. KP

i used a little mini hack saw....people say to use blades from like hack saw or something like that.....if you have a dremel i'd use that....

Dremel, then sand the edges a lil to make it smooth

we get a post like this about every time there is a new user. I used a dremel then sanded the edges like Lathers said

cutting fenders is very easy. If i can do it anyone can! Get a jigsaw and some sand paper and i used a marker to mark were i am cutting and just started cutting. Turned out good i think. Here's a pic

Blow torch. Cool dripped look. LOL! j/k. Just use a hack saw or one of the dremal tools.
