hey i am going to order some maxxis razr tires front and rear. I was wondering what width to get? Is wider better? what are some benefites of wider and thinner tires for the rear and front? Also i am goin to stick to 22 front 20 inch rear because that is the size of the stock tires and i dont have any engine mods. should i change the size or leave it the same size as stock?

thanx:square

I would get the stock size tires, 22, 20. Make sure you get the 6 ply razrs. :D

the four plys seem fine for me, i got the 21X7X10s for the front and 20-11-9s for the rear. the sidewalls on the rear 4 plys are so stiff that when one of the tires is flat on the rear, you can push the middle of the tire clear to the rim but the sidewalls are still straight, hehe

should i get front and back the same ply or it doesnt matter? Also will there be a major difference if i put 22s on the back? if i did that would i have to put 23s on the front? or could i keep the front and back at 22? Hott440ex how do u like your razrs? how is the grip, ware, and puncture resistence? Should i get 4 or 6 ply? sorry for so many questions
thanx for helpin me out:square

I would get the same ply front and rear. If you put 22s on the back you would need 23s for the front. If not, the front end would sit lower than the rear end.

they actually dont hook up very good with my bike, but i guess the only tires that would hook up are paddles. they are pretty puncture restistant, and on a stock bike im sure they would hook up just fine.
