I am selling a brand new in package intake boot that will accept 38mm carbs. I will take $40 shipped.

I bet its 770! It was a $27 part from Honda but I think it was discontinued?

yes the last 3 numbers are 770. I bought it from ESR along with my 38mm tmx, and i ended up getting a rad valve which has the boot already on it. So i have no use for this one. ESR sells them for $51

Okay they are not a discontinued item and you can purchase the same thing for $27 online. I think Eddie has some steep markup on these boots!

I think it's the '86 part that's dicontinued......they replaced it with the '87-89 part# 16210-HA2-770

Which is a STOCK item for the 34mm carb.

The '87-89 Insulator is better becasue it seals up against the Reed block without the need for a gasket.

Hmmmmm

Maybe EDDIE stretches them for the 38-39mm Carb ?

That's why he charges $51 ....he has to factor in some labour
