Jetting

I have an 08 450ER and no airbox lid Dasa intake stock exhaust no baffle....162main 55leak and needle 3rd clip.....It ran pretty good till I put my stock exhaust on now feels flat all the way thru...How far down on the main would be safe with no airbox lid???I think its just 2 rich......

Did you rejet the pilot circuit?

The pilot stays the same other than fuel screw in 1/4 turn....I thgink the 162main is too much overall....

I run a 165 main jet, 55 pilot jet, an adj. leak jet, 3rd clip on the needle with a ported lid w/outerwears on and a uni filter.
