Just got my fox float evols installed on my LTR with stock a-arms. They seem super plush when I push down on the bumper, but when i pull up on it to its full travel it makes a clunking noise. Is this a common thing with these shocks or could it be something else?

They use a top out spring internally instead of a seal head bumper this could be what you are hearing

My new fox do the same thing... its normal when you have them set up "correctly" (as in not a ridiculous amount of air psig in the evol chambers)

Yea thanks guys, I have gotten alot of input back to put my worries to rest. I love these shocks, but it feels weird even when riding when they top out. Just take some getting used to I guess...

its really not much different than the clank a spring setup shock makes such as a PEP when you top it out..... same principle...
