Ok every one. I am currently in the process of re building my 416er :D. My ex was burning oil so I said its time to treat myself.
hehe

This rebuild consists of:
-hc stg 1
-wiesco light weight 11:1 comp piston
-full system yosh pipe
-k&n air filter and pre charger (no air box lid)
-Polished exhaust portes and cleaned up factory job on the intake
-crf timing chain
-etc

The rest wont affect preformance.... Any who I was just wondering what I should be running jet wise. I figured a 170 dyno jet. And 42 pilot jet (kehini). Then needle clip position would be unknown :-s. What do you guys think?

Also I was wondering what I should run gear wise.. I am in need of new gears and a chain so...

Finally, I would like to know if this build will be able to keep up if not beat a 450r (stock). What are your previous experiences. And if you do beat them on what terrain do you beat them?

Well ty every one take it ez.

i doubt with a 416 you will be able to beat a 450r. the stage 1 cam will help a lot but i don't think it will make enough power to run down a 450r. it will run much better and you will be real happy.

i have a hard time on my 416 running with the 450 crowd.

i would go down one tooth in the front nd that will give you more power out of the hole.
