Cracked a long time ago but it has been repaied. Thats not the problem Its the scilncer cap at the end. The entire unit has stripped out........It was worth my 35 bucks for the the full system. Its working out ok for me. I dont wanna throw a 400 pipe (which is what i want!) on 250x.

I havent had a problem with my DG front bumper, but I havnt put it to the test with a tree yet either. I think my next bumper will be an AC. I would prob never buy a new DG pipe though.

i got dg alloy nerfs this past summer. while i love the look of the actual nerfs themslves. the design is poor. the bar that is bolted to the frame is rusting badly after 20 hours of riding, and i dont even go through much water! crap. that's what it is

I have had problems with the bumper. When I bought it new, one of the mounts was bent and the bumper looks crooked. Its a pretty strong bumper though. I have seen them break too.

The nurfs are a hack job. They look like there a good producted until you mounts them and use them. My nurfs bent all to ****, one bent backwards and started to rub againts my rears tire in the middle of a race. the othere side completely broke in two peices with only the nets holding the two togather. Plus the front mounts broke.

The frame skidplate wouldn't mount up to the frame. I had to modify the mounting peice to make it work right. And it a bltch to chage the oil with it on.

The swingarm skid plate mounted up fine but the things started to crack and bend in a few rides.

DG is the worst producted.

The DG pipes are the equivelent of putting a coffee can around ur header. My friend has one, it gives him no power and I think its kinda ugly too.
