i have a 06 kfx and i have a real loud clicking noise on the clutch side but its onley in third gear? have ne of u guys had this prob?

having the exact same problem,not sure what it is,but if you find out let me know! i took apart clutches and that wasnt it,looked at everything but splitting the case.cant afford that,but i will say this,ive riden evey day and im really hard on it.whatever it is hasnt broken yet.please let me know what u find.

na i didnt send it out yet i still have to save up some more money. but idk what it is? it doesnt loose power and it doesnt slip at all?

i had the same problem on my kfx in 3rd gear. it the transmittion. you will have to split the case and replace the gears and possibily shifter fork.
