stiff throttle

im looking to buy this 08 and the only problem i see is the throttle is really stiff and the stock exhaust is crappin out.are these common

stiff throttle. deffinatley not on mine. either needsa new cable or it needs to be lubed.

it might just need to be adjusted, i was messin with mine today cuz it had too much play and there was one point where i had adjusted it and it got wicked stiff...

take the spring out of the thumb throttle assembly, that will help some. You can also switch to a 400ex throttle w/ TRX90 lever, but you will have to order a custom cable from Motion Pro

when i had it too tight it was really hard, put it where you have like 1/4 inch of play, its easy like that, but i dont even know if we have the same situation goin on....might help idk
