Please tell me the difference ?

Between the new and used ..... pro-x vs wiseco ? both are 72.00mm but have different part numbers ..... the old one is W845PS and the new one is 10697M07200 ..... both use exact same rings 2835CD.

Also, do I need to drill those 3 holes facing the exhaust port as the old one has them drilled out ? It is for a Pro-X 310pv.

There should be directions in your kit if your cylinder has an exhaust bridge drill the holes out if not dont.

What is an exhaust bridge ? Does this look like its got one ? Also what is the exhaust bridge for ? And what does drilling these holes do ?

You do not have an exhaust bridge! Therefore....you do not need the holes!
