anyone know the difference (if there is one )between an 05 and 06 450r cam. got a stock 06 layin around and was going to put it in an 05 if it would make an improvement over the stock 05 cam

No that would be a down grade
People do put stock 05 cams in 06+ bikes and say its a nice boost.
