Looks good man, be sure to give us a ride report on the shocks.

I got to really ride hard with them today. By far best shock I have ever rode, the harder you push them, the better they get. I would take these over ANY shock on the market

I feel the exact same way about mine! If you take things slow they aren't so smooth, but when you start pushing the shocks they really start to perform their best! I wouldn't trade mine for Long travel of any brand.

I have those shocks also. Best shock I have rode for sure. By the way you can get them in "Long travel" now also for the same price. But there really isn't any performance difference.

wow, nice quad;) that's what i want to do to mine. The only thing to do on quads where i live is race XC. What series do you race?

procircuit406ex
04-12-2009, 08:10 PM
Im gonna try and catch as many GNCCs and Midsouths as I can next season. I MIGHT run Lorettas this year, but will probably just practice as much as I can this year and race next

nerfs with heel guards is your riding xc. don't need heel guards for mx cause they just weigh more.

i had nerfs..didnt like them they got tangled up on rocks and roots too much. it has a Pro Design killswitch

honda400ex2003
04-15-2009, 09:09 PM
alright, but if you race you will be required to have nerfs. Steve

Uh...are you sure?:huh Haha I love the stem..the craftsmanship of this thing is phenominal

Only thing I dont like is the bumper... there's cooler looking XC bumpers out there.

i guess not for gncc. I would run them anyway if I liked them or not. Just for safety reasons, but to each his own. steve

Nerfs are not required for GNCC and most all XC racing.

As for the bumper, I love it! A PRM summit bumper is not just about looks. Its about function. That is one tough/strong bumper and is made for plowing down small trees and the like when blazing new lines. ;)

Good luck in TN. What class are you running?

The PRM Summit is a classic for XC. Your quad is awesome I love the set up. For the guy who said you need nerfs must not race XC Nerfs just get you hung up on crap or broke off or get in your way when you have to back up they are not required for XC the roll design peg is the best setup you can get
