I had the GNCC tires on my bike for a while and loved them. The fronts turned extremely well on all terrain and the rear tires hooked real well.

Id look for a lighter tire unless power isnt an issue for you.

i trail race and woods race and razr2 fronts are the tire to beat....period. 6 ply and super light turning effort as well as durability .the razr2 fronts DO NOT slide into ruts and track like no other! the rears are personal preference. i have run razr2 rears, razr rears, gncc rears as well as hd rears. regular razr rears in 6 ply are excellent. razr2 rears are EXTREMELLY durable but heavy,as well are itp hd's. my favorite rears are razr 6 ply but they wear a little faster than i like but hook great. i groove mine and they have sick traction and very controlled sliding. i have a set of all-tracs coming for the 250ex and i hear they work quite well. the 21" gncc tire maybe for sale if i like the all-tracs better. THIS IS JUST MY OPINION AND NOT THE BOTTOM LINE.....LOL

IMO..the GNCC fronts are softer than the razr2's so they tend to climb out of ruts instead of staying in them like the razr 2's do. I would go with the Razr2 fronts. The razr2 fronts will last alot longer the gncc's also.

I agree with the Razr2's! I'm very impressed with them on my 250r. I have 21's in front and 20's on back (10" rims). They are definitely heavier than the 4ply holeshot fronts & XCR rears I had on a 400ex, but seem much heavier duty, and the turning response is amazing. They don't slide quite as good as regular Razr's in my opinion, but they are very controllable. Also, they seem to do amazing in sloppy trails so far!

you ride a 250ex still or have you moved on to a bigger bike? how much do you weigh? that also plays into this.
if you are a normal sized kid on a 250ex, and if "all around best" is your main concern, some 21" razr fronts with some 4 ply 20" razr rears. the GNCCs are great, i use the rears myself, the fronts arent tough enough and the rears wear out quick tho. Razr2s cant be beat in the front but they r heavy. the Razr2 rears are heavy, so are the HDs.

now some holeshot or kenda tires may be lighter and give you more power at the wheels depending on your size and level, do your research on that.

Get regular razrs or klaws for the front. 21". The razr 2 or gncc's will be to heavy.

i still ride the 250 with the stock front tires until i get a 400ex or an R at the end of the summer

im about 6'1 155lbs

i was getting a 21' either way becuase i hate the look of huge front tires and short rears

ive got 20' knarlys on the back right now
they will probably stay there till i sell it

im just interested in fronts
i want to learn to do stoppies b4 i get a bigger bike and when i do it with the stockers they just slide
