Can you guys tell me what are the positive and negative bolt to charge ?? Here's a pic.. I tried the neg i show you and the one with a ' ? ', but it didn't work.

Do i have to take off the red thing of the 'positive'?

you got it right...hmm...maybe try hooking it to the bolt itself and making sure the bolt is tight

yes you do...you have to expose the terimal itself and hook it to that

another reccomendation is to put dieelctric grease on all electrical parts....... and yes on machines like fourwheelers dirtbikes and all red is positive as a note to help!:)
