does powdercoat shiney like a paint?

i have an 08 ltr 450 and i believe everything is painted from the fact. i maybe wrong it chips easy and im wondering if powdercoating will look as good but be stronger

stock ltr a-arms you can powdercoat, frame if you want a really durrable shiney finish get a gloss black base and then a clear coat. talk to pappy on these forums he does amazing work.

yeah its already gloss black but the rims and a arms and everything is the same way and i love it but it doesnt last long my fourwheeler is only 2 months old ha
