valves?

just wondering if theres any thread on here for ajusting valves i dont trust any mechanic in my town so just wondering how easy it is:confused:

If you don't have a feeler gauge and shims you can't do it.

just wondering if there is any threads showing how to do it cause i can get everything i need i have fueler gages but not shims just like to know if i can do it insted of payin some mechanic that cant even get a moto4 going
