best 250r chain?

so i couldn't get my chain tightened up enough. and tonight while doing a small amount of screwing around i broke it. so whats the best one to buy. or what ones have you guys had good luck with?

i was thinking about getting a kit like that.. i broke a tooth of the rear sprocket as well. what about going down a tooth? pro or con
