vent line routing help

When i was putting my 2004 450r back together i wasn't quite sure what to do with the vent lines coming off the motor. There is 3, one coming from the head into a T and then to the air box.

Another that comes from the bottom end that also goes to this T. The third one is a smaller one that comes out of the bottom end just behind the other that goes to the T.

Where are these supose to go? Can i just run all 3 into a little mini filter in the air box or should i seperate certain ones?

the smaller one goes into the black plastic cover that goes over the valve cover... i think its some kind of dust guard or something. there is a hole on the right side that is made for it to be pushed into. the other one goes to the air box.
