running lean please help

okay my bike is a 450 fully stock
but i bogs bad in first till bout quater throttle to half then it takes off and never bogs or anything besides that but today i kinda notice the motor hotter and it back fires each time i shut it off so i check the plug it was a whitish colour not brown so if someone can help me out asap i got the carb apart now wondering what to turn or where the clip shoudl be on the niddle its on the Third grove from the top like goin down on the needle

What are your jets that are in the carb? Pilot is probably too low.

3 grove for clip on needle
42 pilot
155 main
im at sea leval or pretty close liek 108ft or somthing so
what should i go with?

45pilot and 158 or 160main leave the needle alone. that's goin up one jet on each. at sea level you'll need to be richer so try that. if your headpipe is still overly hot try a 48pilot. if you take the lid off or uncork it you'll have to jet up
