so im puting together my 86 r and the swinger skid is not working?

is there any like washers or spacers that go on the 2 rear holes on the 86 swingarm I know the skidplate fit before I came off idk why ots not fitting I don't remember taking any spacers off? did I put something on the axle wrong sinceits hiting the rear disk ? helppp

it could be bent enough to hit the disk or maybe you got the carrier in the wrong position. do you have the caliper back on also? The caliper in place will force you to get the carrier in the proper starting point for adjustment. or it could be as simple as starting all your bolts before you tighten any of them! :)

there are no spacers on mine, skids get beat to $%& and never go back on easy...

keep rotating the carrier, you're on the wrong side of the cam, that's all.

you need spacers on the front l believe, it will hit the linkage.
