Is there anyone here who knows how i should adjust my stock shocks on my YFZ 450 2005, for mx-track?
I think i´ve seen a thread about the adjustment on the yfz shocks but i can´t find it again..

I weigh about 60 kg and I ride fast and hit tabletops and doubles.

The spring length at maximum is 26,3 cm. (front)
The rebound has 22 clicks out from fully turned in and standard is 9 clicks out. (front)
The compression has 22 clicks out from fully turned in and standard is 8 clicks out. (front)

The spring length on the rear shock is at maximum 25,1 cm.(rear)
The standard rebound is 1 3/4 turned out from fully turned in position. (rear)
The compression has 10 clicks out from fully turned in. (rear)

ive used the stock shocks on a track.
i took almost all the preload out (just leave a cpl of threads)
the compression was 14 clicks out
the rebound was 10 clicks out
this set-up worked well for me although i did do some fine tuning
depending on the track conditions
